Melissa was rude and the service was terrible. Don't tell anyone that you will be moving and book in a last appointment as they will book someone on your time, totally ignore you, not apologize and hope that you will leave. My time was 1:00 and I was there at 12:30 but someone was taken at 12:55 and I was not apologized for having to wait. Taken at 1:30 for my color placement and then had to wait additional half hour after the toner bell rang and then someone else was assigned to take over who did a wonderful head massage but they couldn't cut hair and could only blow dry. I ended up walking out at 3:15 due to not being able to have a cut as Melissa had another client walk in the door but I still had to pay over $100 for the color which should have included at least a trim.
Everyone was so nice and easy to talk to! Melissa cut my hair and she did an amazing job! Cut it exactly how I asked. Couldn't be any happier with my visit here!
The Studio, A Salon definitely gets an A+++! Melissa has been doing my hair for over 4 years and all 3 of my daughters, my best friend, and my neighbors. The hair care, service, and experience I receive at every appointment is top notch. Melissa and the staff not only listen and meet my needs, but they also are up to speed with all the latest and newest products, hairstyles, and fads. Melissa is like family and no one else I would trust my hair with. The Studio, A Salon is by far the finest in the southeast!
Melissa has been cutting and styling my hair for over a year and she consistently makes me feel glamorous when I leave her chair. My hair is thick and sometimes long so it takes a trooper Stylist to stay the course with me. Thank You Melissa @ The Studio for accommodating my schedule and exceeding expectations. They did an absolutely amazing job fixing my hair and the outcome was exactly what I wanted. Had an awesome stylist and will definitely be going back.
