I may be biased because I am from Florence and am a HUGE fan of Starbucks, but this is one of my favorite stores. The staff is generally friendly, welcoming and helpful. I will suggest placing a mobile order during the busy hours of early morning rush hour and at afternoon/evening rush hour unless you are like me and like to make friends in line :-).
So I've tried this place again. Three days in a row. Drinks wrong, completely wrong, three days in a row. I've come to the conclusion this location is horrible. End of story.
Great place for a consistently pepared brew. Order ahead with mobile app and enjoy your beverage on arrival. Great food also available with WiFi and easy near by free parking. Exit from the front or rear of the building is easiest if you’re turning right as traffic near the traffic light makes left turns difficult.
This was a good Starbucks with friendly workers and quick service. I spent about 2 hours here. A great place to study and enjoy a caffeinated beverage. The only negative thing I would say is that they need more seating. There are tables and chairs both inside and outside.
This just happened. Ordered a tall Pumpkin Spice latte, non-fat, with whip, two pumps of pumpkin, 120 degrees. Got my drink. Sat down at a table. Took a sip and burned my tongue. Went up to the cashier, asked for another drink, admitted that maybe I forgot to ask for my drink at 120, but she said she remembered me saying that. Then went on to say how "some people's tongues are more sensitive than others". I'm sorry, an extremely hot drink will burn any tongue. Meanwhile, the barista finishes my drink. "Wow that was fast." I thought, considering I JUST ordered it. "I made BABY temperature for you". She says. I say, "Why did you make it baby temperature, I asked for 120 degrees?". I put the drink down and left. Now, that wasn't the first time they've done something along those lines at this particular Starbucks, but that was it for me. It's not well run and it's apparent they have an issue with turnover, but when a customer has to have their drink made a second time: make it to THEIR specifications. NOT YOURS.
This is the best Starbucks around. When I go to any other Starbucks it doesn’t taste as good as this place. When I’m in Florence, this is my fav place to go!
