As I was shopping I hear the manager say let me go over he look like he stealing. When she said that I look back and saw it was my bf looking for boxers. So I told him and he ask the lady which of course she denied it saying she wasn’t talking about him. And I looked for sure when she said it and my bf who was the only one in that area at the time. I feel like we should be treated the same without being judged. We spend our hard working money in their stores. I told my bf we not buying anything else from Ross. For me Racial profiling is real today in America.
Nicole the cashier has a great personality every time I shop at store weekly always runs returns and helps ring customers up to keep us moving.

I think Ross will be closing Florence store soon. The last three times that I was in there the racks were practically empty. I had noticed the quality of the clothes had started changing too. I used to be able to find nice dresses and suits there, not any more.
