Performed work on my daughter but neglected to inform us that they did not accept insurance from BCBS even after given the card with all information prior to her appointment. While we were working with the insurance company on a solution (since she was a minor) they sent the account to collections in 3 months and then appeared puzzled when we paid them in the office. Be sure to get all your insurance financials in order before making an appointment!
