Customer service was great and I was able to get my problem resolved which I couldn't do on the phone.
Staff in the store was knowledgable and understanding. (Waiting time is due to individual customer care)

Be prepared to wait and thats with any phone company. However, fresh starts are always good. I had my first expirience with the store when I made the switch from verizon to AT&T simply because it was time to try a new service. (Phone services are expensive and its in direct relationship to quality of it or lack there of.)

I've been in there 4 times now and have waited an hour each time and never once received helped. This store is unbelievably aweful. I have a hard time understanding how I can spend 4 hours in a place of business and never get spoken to, not even a single acknowledgement of my existence. I guess I'll be sticking with Verizon.
