First of all I orered the flowers on line which were an arrangement of daffodils. In the fine print, which I read, it said colors would be substituted if not on hand, in my case the flower was substituted to something my girl friend doesnt like. If they were out of season then some sort of disclaimer should be there but there isn't.Second of all I wrote instructions to deliver to her home before 0930 or after 5pm because she works, but they called her to ask where her street was at, instead of asking me. The phone call to her was made at 130pm, so she was at work. After a lengthy coversation they decided to bring them to her work place. When they got there the guy who was delivering them was lost and my girlfriend had to chase him down to get her flowers. The whole flower thing was supposed to be a surprise to brighten her day, instead it turned into a problem for her and ruined her surprise. I would like my money back but i work odd hours and can not call during their work hours and they have no email on their web site, so be warned, use someone else.
