When I called after waiting over two hours past the last scheduled event I was told they could not find my house so he drove back to Florence... with NO notification to me. No courtesy. The secretary man hung up on me like a child when I asked why they could not inform me so I was not sitting here wasting my time further.
They performed no work for me... although I had on two different occasions scheduled visits for estimates on rebuilding my deck.
If they cannot operate a cell phone or a GPS or conduct themselves professionally... I do not want them building anything for me.
Great staff. Will get you what you want without any sneaky charges.
The owner was just the nicest I explained how I a week to get the building so I could make room for my ailing (she has alzheimers)mother n brother and originally was told it would a week or so but after explaining he sent him men out on Sat less than week since buying and they had it built by 2 pm that day and it looks awesome
SCAM! These people are rip offs and perform shabby, low quality work that does not last even a few months!! BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM! I have paid them nearly $10,000 cash for a roof and porch that are failing and collapsing not even a year later! They refuse to come out to look at it and now they don't even answer. HUGE RIPOFF! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS OR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR NOTHING!
