I just get my brows done here and they always look great never any compliants. I get Hedi or Victor.
This place is expensive, rude, and even painful. I’ve been here multiple times each time hopeful my experience would be better than the last. Every time they cut my cuticles and the last time I decided to say something about it expecting a discount at the very least. They cut 4 of my cuticles. I had gotten acrylic nails on both hands and two of my fingers on each hand had bleeding cuticles. They are rough on my hands and have no concern when It is quite obvious that I’m in excruciating pain.
This salon gave TERRIBLE service. If you are a customer you should not be told by the nail tech that they are going to do it their way after you tried several times to explain how you want your nails done. He was VERY rude and did not want to take in consideration of what I was asking for. After I mentioned that I refuse to pay for my nails and they were no where near done and he wasn't going to do them my way, he was very nasty with me. Snatching my hand yelling at me with spit flying out his mouth and telling me to be quiet. I told him to call security because I knew he was wrong. If I want 10 different colors on my nails I expect to have it done my way because I am paying. He even said someone else can finish them and I was fine with that but there were 3 people free to do them and they just sat and stared at me so I was over it at that point. Of course when Security came around he tried to lie and then wanted to send someone to fix my nails, but I refused at this point after being so disrespected. Not to mention he had just let another lady leave with a full set just no polish because they were taking too long to get someone to polish her nails NO CHARGE. She was switched from table to table I know 3 times while I was there. But you want to charge me full price $43 for a plastic tip with a thin layer of acrylic on and you haven't even filed, buffed, smooth, polish, NOTHING. He wanted to call police on me and his way of settling it was to cut the tip off, I said fine with me I just want to leave, and STILL tried to send me out with my nails jacked all the way up cut from different angles like someone chewed my nails. He didn't want to even give me a file, I insisted they at least file them before I leave and a lady did just that. Bad place to come to!! They will try to get over on you!
I searched "best pedicure" nearby on Google, and decided with this spot. I showed my technician a pic of what I wanted and she made my nails perfect! The setting of the place is nice and relaxing. If you want a relaxing and detailed treatment, go here
For the first time in more years than I can remember, my cuticle was severely cut during a visit here. Not only that, my 8yr old would have done a better job with polishing my nails. The employees were nice, but the skill set is subpar. If I'm visiting Florence again, this will not be my 1st choice.
