Always helpful
Been having billing issues for 2 months now and they are where the problem and are working to fix it and they would call me back they never end up calling back I have to call this is happening five different times. I have had state farm for years at 3 different firms and this is the absolute worst. The customer service is severely lacking and they know I have an issue where it's affecting my money and nothing is being done about it.
