All went well until the vision check at the #5 window.
People are very nice and helpful. My only complaint is the eye test machine. I have very good vision and and a small lady so in order to see all the lines you have to jam the pad down with your forehead and it left red marks on my fave for a few hours after. Be warned I would go ahead and get an eye doctor letter before hand
Totally crazy experience here. The workers have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They are too busy gossiping and talking about the people they are supposed to be assisting. Ive been there numerous times and each time they have told me something different.
The last two items on the right side on each line were not even on screen, so naturally they were not readable. The Items on screen were clear!
The Nice(?) young lady refused to believe that the machine was not working properly and gave forms to take to an eye Doctor to have completed, at unnecessary expense and trouble!
This place sucks for anything. Don't pay taxes online and expect it to help, they don't take online receipts you have to call and have the receipt faxed to them. And helpful, yea that's a laugh they won't help in any way. Save yourself a headache go to Darlington or any other DMV stay away from Florence branch!
