This is an ok mid to low end room. Don't depend on the pictures they show on the internet. They must have been taken 20 years ago. But it was clean and there are blow dryers, coffee pot, microwave and fridge in every room. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet.
No frills, good value for the money, area looks rough, but we had no issues...it is Florence after all. Wifi works good, breakfast is lacking. But worth the price overall.
They were friendly staff and polite people. The location was easy to find off the highway. The room was bigger than I'd expected, though the bathroom was small. The A.C. was working, but didn't keep the room as cold as I would've liked. Overall, good experience for a fair price.
Good hotel with microwave and minifridge. Room appeared clean and did not smell. Beds were comfortable. Small bathroom and only one sink. Continental breakfast of waffles, toast, cereal, bagels, oatmeal, juice, coffee, and milk.
The checkout was at 11 and we overslept a bit so that was our fault, however the male house keeper was VERY rude, slamming our door open and starting a verbal argument with my fiancé. After we asked him to please give us a minute to finish grabbing our belongings, he pushed our door open and before he did that he proceeded to bang our door like the police. He yelled at us and the hotel was not very hospitable. STRONGLY recommend NOT staying at this horrible place.
