High priced for sure. They seem to care only about money. Don't seem to have a routine roach extermination plan so that was a constant issue. Good for short term but the same money a month can get you your own building.
I've been using the Irby Street storage location off and on for years. The site and units have always been extremely clean and secure. I pass at least four other storage facilities as I chose to drive across town to use this location. The most influential factor however, is the awesome staff. These folks have always been extraordinary friendly and helpful. I know I drive out of my way to get there and I probably pay a little bit more for my units, but I absolutely love and depend on the Irby Street location's wonderful service!
When the 10 by 20 climate controlled unit we were looking for was unavailable, Amelia Miles quickly found us two 10 by 10 climate controlled units opposite one another that met the time requirement we needed for renovation work to begin on our house. When we showed up with Two Men and a Truck, getting the details for the units was a breeze! Amelia sold me two locks for the units, helped to cut the dreaded "blister packaging" that is always a pain to open - thank you Amelia, and verified they were in working order before providing a plethora of keys for the locks. In my haste to get the gate open and the movers to unloading, I left my car running at the office - Amelia drove back to let me know my car was running!! Absolutely top flight staff and immaculate facilities!!!
I had an excellent experience from the beginning when I was making inquiries of the Florence SC storage facilities and this was the best, by far. Ishman, the manager and the assistant manager( I can't think of her name), were both informative, and helpful. The storage unit was clean and they keep the climate control cooler than I had anticipated. I highly recommend this location and would rent from them if I needed to again.
