Terrible place they will say one thing then another and basically steal money from you, even though one of their half finished trailer could have killed us!! I do not recommend nobody renting from them! And the manager and leasing Manger are very rude and night staff not good had to call the fire department to come check out the place!! Do not rent from them!! I'm give them a negative ⚊
Nice property manager at first, but kinda pushy when it comes down to it. Rushes through paperwork in effort to swindle Needs to work on security issues. Also rent prices increase yearly.
It wasn't bad had a lot of fun my family's home state
If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I drove here from Columbia, Missouri (straight through and it was a 20 hour drive). We had been in constant contact with the leasing agent there, turned in our applications, paid the fees, and were told by her that we were accepted and there were availabilities in the park. When we finally got to Florence we spoke with the manager of the office who informed us that we hadn't been approved and they had nothing available for a couple weeks. The website shows available trailers for rent and when I showed her she told me that a) the picture of the one we were looking at were a different price than the picture listed and it wasn't ready yet. There were also pet fees and other monthly fees that we were not informed of when we first told them we had a pet before driving here. We left very stressed and homeless. We have been living in a hotel room for 3 days now, frantically searching for a place to live. A realtor in the area informed us that this business has scammed a lot of people. I would not recommend them to anyone.
