I had a wonderful experience this past weekend at David's Bridal in Florence SC. The store was extremely busy but Heidi Levasseur provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service to me and a few of my bridal party. She was very helpful and went beyond to assist us. She made the checkout process very fast and easy for us and made sure every thing was correct before we left. I would definitely be referring others.
I had an event to attend and waited the last minute to find a formal cocktail dress. I wanted to wear a dress that was classy, sophisticated, different, and would stand out. After trying on various clearance dresses that didn’t work, I was ready to give up.
My mom and I had a wonderful experience here this past Sunday (10/22). I had called just a few days before to schedule an appointment for trying on Bridal gowns and got a pretty convenient time. The lady on the phone had warned me that generally weekends are much busier. We actually live in Conway, and I had found a dress at another salon, but wanted to look elsewhere just to be sure. ANYWAYS, we arrive and to my surprise we were actually the only ones there so we had our run of the shop pretty much the whole appointment. Aaliyah, my consultant, was super nice, very helpful and walked me through everything. Tried a couple of dresses on before she went to grab a couple others to try, and one of the random ones she picked put me in tears ^_^ we all knew it was the one! I'm so thankful we went to David's Bridal! The ladies were lovely and very helpful, if I lived closer, I would definitely go more often lol
As I walked back to the front I stopped and gazed at this gorgeous dress that I first saw upon my entrance. I did not see my size and again was ready to give up. The stylist, Taylor Allen asked if I wanted to try it on, and I said I love it but I do not see my size. Well, long story short...the dresses are made with stretch fabric. Taylor insisted I try it on and “voila”, it fit perfectly! Not only did I find the perfect dress but it was also just marked down. What a deal for a beautiful dress.
We went to David's Bridal to find my sister's wedding gown and we had a successful day! We went on a Friday afternoon so we were really the only appointment in there. The staff was very helpful and patient as my sister found the perfect gown. I highly recommend stopping in!
My experience was AWESOME!!!!! I was able to find the perfect dress within my budget. Heidi was GREAT! She was very sweet and very personable. My stylist, Amanda, was very patient and comforting! I highly recommended David's Bridal in Florence if you want a warm welcoming experience!
