The atmosphere was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful, but not to the level of pestering. Looking forward to another visit.
I tried 4 beers and my wife and I both had the burger. The beers were all pretty good, nothing really standout, though I'd drink them all again. The burger was really good! The fries were good. The place is big and looks great inside. Nice bar and good service. We'll definitely go back.
Service was great and fast, the waitress was very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me and my Entourage find the drinks and food we desired. The quality of the brews were top notch, and the food was good, but I think it would be better if they added a few more items & entres to the menu. The appetizers were great (the cheese sauce is fantastic). Unfortunately, one of the people with me wanted a bratwurst and they were out, which isn't a big deal but a little unfortunate with the smallish menu. The atmosphere is great for socializing and relaxing and having a few brews. I'm from out of town but would come back if/when I visit Florence
The wife and I both drove up from Sumter to try out the new Brewery. Looks are amazing. This place looks legit. Very nice and wide open. Ordered a flight sampler for myself and the wife had the lemondrop something or other. She doesn't like beer but loved this one. Sampler was great and I recommend the urban hitchhiker. The food was amazing. Meat and cheese tray was phenomenal. Brew fries were great. I had the special. It was a chicken sandwich with a bunch of other goodness on it. Amazing. The wife's yard bird Philly was also great. The people were all ridiculously nice. Steve the owner came and sat with us and talked. Great dude. Our server, Hunter was outstanding. Bartender Joshua Cote was a champ. Love this place and will probably make the trip weekly. Cant wait to see what they have to offer in the future. A++
Local Motive had a good selection of beers and had a really nice environment with live music. When I went the bar was lively and had ample servers to make sure you weren't just waiting. They were all willing to serve samples and talk about their beers. I was surprised to see they also had some liquor as well, breweries usually don't do that too!
Pretty great food. Good beer. While we aren't big beer drinkers, my husband really liked the beer he had here. We got a recommendation from our server, who was very knowledgeable. In a previous visit I tried the cider, which I remember being pretty good. The food was pretty good, but the beer cheese was amazing - it came with our appetizer of pretzels, and on my husband's burger. I could have eaten a bucket of the stuff! Only critique is that I didn't care for the seasoning on the fries, and they had too much seasoning.
