The salad bar is fantastic! A nice quiet place to watch the game, have some drinks, and a good talk with staff even on busy nights. Leslie is a sweetheart and is always happy to help you at the bar. This place is 10/10 would recommend!
I ordered a hamburger and salad. Salad was great hamburger I ordered medium rare it came back well done till it was white in the middle they graciously redid it for me after about 15 minutes it came back with blood dripping all over the place blood-soaked bun hardly any brown skin on the outside I told the general manager Libby Brown and she very smartly told me that's the way I was going to get it and I said isn't the customer right she said not if I'm right very smartly as she walked away the waitstaff and other manager were very nice.
My wife and I like Ruby’s I have tried several times to order food to go online, and it is impossible. Never works! One of these days I’ll find some good ribs, that I can order easily, and I’ll start going there. Finally had to drive there, and waited 10 minutes before somebody came to take my order. Hopefully, I’ll get home sometime tonight.
Overall I like my waitress, but it was really cold...i could not enjoy my food. I was the only patron in the cold section, everyone else was placed in the warm section. Will not be attending there again...the salad bar was just ok today.
I don't think I will ever go back. No more biscuits! I ordered a steak well done, I was visibly in my third trimester. When I received my food, my steak was dripping with blood. The blood was all over my sides. End of story, I was not pleased at all, and yes, I did still pay for my food although my family was done eating by the time my food was prepared again. Well prepared well done.
