I will NEVER take my truck back here for any reason. I would rather pay a tow truck and have it towed somewhere else before i have them work on my truck.The dpf filter cleaned there but they failed to tell me after i paid that they can't clear the codes on dash. Same lights that were on when i dropped it off to them are the same ones thats still on. I have to go to the kenworth dealership and pay more money to have codes cleared. This place is a joke !!!!!!!! Wish i could give this place negative rating !!!!!!!
A wonderful place to go if your have trouble with your truck on I95 passing threw Florence, SC and YOU DON'T MIND SPENDING ALL DAY getting ignored and lied about they will check your truck when they can.. Ha.. like you got something better to do like making money and running down the road. I suggest you try or call somewhere else if you can before you waste a day sitting over there.
bad shop, poor service, way too expensive... Good place if u like be off for while waiting on truck
So far impressed ...gave me good eta on when they could look at truck made me feel important as a customer ...kept me informed...
