Had an unfortunate collision with a deer while traveling on I-20; but FORTUNATELY had the opportunity to deal with the courteous, diligent staff of Jones Auto Wrecking afterwards. My car was only 5,000 miles old and the damages totaled over $14,000. Stewart Jones and his staff went out of their way to ensure my car looked and drove just the way it did when I purchased it - and in a timely manner too! I have nothing but high regards and positive comments for their work and their attention to detail. Stewart made certain I understood all that needed to be repaired as well as the timeline for doing these repairs. Previously, I had gone to Jones Auto for other routine services and had always been more than pleased. Very deserving of the five stars... you will find nothing but honest, friendly and hardworking people there!
I was recently in a front end collision and had my car fixed at Jones Auto Wrecking. If you have ever been in an automobile accident you can understand that it can be a very stressful time. With that being said I have to say that Jones Auto Wrecking made it a very stress free process from handling the claim, helping with the rental car, keeping me updated on the process, and the most important part the body work that they did was outstanding!! I have to say I think my car looks better now that it did before i was in the wreck!! I closing what made me write this review is that the owner of Jones Auto even road tested my car with me to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction. Now thats professional service with a smile!!
My wife and I were on our way from Jacksonville, FL to Raleigh, NC to flee from Hurricane Irma. On I95, in Florence, we were rear-ended and it caused $14,000 in damages. Our car was taken to Jones, and to be honest, we had no idea what to expect. The folks at Jones contacted us, walked us through the estimate, and gave us an expected completion date. The car was done 2 days before the estimated completion date, and it looks and drives fantastic. The repairs were done on a Mercedes E400, and I couldn't have been happier even if the repairs were done at a dealer. Fantastic customer service all around. I wish these guys had a shop in Jacksonville...
