Customer service was horrible. I went into the store today to exchange a shirt I bought this summer. I don’t live in Florence anymore and this was my first chance to make the exchange. Shirt still had tag and I had receipt where I spent $405.43. I thought Cynthia would gladly honor the exchange being that I wanted to simply put the credit to buy something else on the spot. They do have an exchange policy of 14 days which I explained when I made the purchase I may not be able to meet since I live out of town. No luck. Cynthia turned me away quickly with no consideration that I have been a loyal customer of hers for several years. In fact, every pair of shoes I own came from her store. What happened to loyalty to good customers? I am just one little customer in the scheme of things but doing the right thing simply wasn’t done in this case. Very disappointed.
