Excellent staff and Doctors. Easy to get in and out.
The entire staff in the Florence office is clearly a cut above. The professionalism is always consistent. The staff members will do anything they can to accommodate your requests and the caregivers here are awesome.
When I went back for a procedure, I saw Dr. Noah Kahn and it went flawlessly. I have been to practices where I have felt rushed or like I was on an assembly line but not here. The doctor, his technicians and nursing staff all spent time with me, explained the process, answered all of my questions and provided me with some of the finest care I have ever received.
Healthcare is such a personal issue that finding the right provider can be stressful. We all want to be able to find a practice where we are comfortable and well cared for. Right? Well, this place gets it right. The total experience here is exceptional from beginning to end.

I think a key factor to having a great medical practice is to have a caring staff. They definitely have that here from the front desk to the checkout process. These people understand what care is. I would never go anywhere else.
Someone said it was easy to get in. That's not factual!! I just tried to make an appointment and the earliest available appointment for a new patient is November 8th. After reading the awesome reviews I was really looking forward to scheduling an appointment. So disappointed!!! The office clerk was also rude.
I totally messed up on my appointment time and came on the wrong day and they still saw me, consulted with me and completed an exam. There was never a mention of rescheduling or an extra charge. They could not have been more accommodating.
If you can like going to a Dermatologist at all, this would be the group. I went in feeling one way, and left feeling another.I have been more than pleased with Hunter Burch and the entire staff. The only problem is that I want more. Linda and Jonathan are the best ever, and I look forward to every visit. There are a lot of ugly people out there, and it is my mission to suggest for them this alternative, one step at a time.
