Will be filing a formal complaint with the corporate office. Showed up at 7:00pm today, 11/27 (when they close at 8:00) and was told the provider is no longer seeing patients because they estimated the wait time to be too long and the light was off at the road. Don’t advertise that you’re open until 8:00pm if you’re going to do this when someone sick drives all the way to see you. Highly inconsiderate and unprofessional.
This office is my go-to. We can check-in online and save time. It's so much easier than trying to see our pediatrician or family doctor. For example, in the past month my son and I both had different accidents and Doctor's Care saw us immediately. They were able to do X-rays and referrals. My kids get strep throat a lot and Doctor's Care does a quick test. We've never had a bad diagnosis or experience there.

Have to give it a 1 star. Doctor and nurse practitioner were great. But trying to extort money out of patient with forcing them to pay non existent copay is bs. Didn't even check insurance company. I don't pay copay, I have full coverage. I pay out the butt for that too.
Everyone was very kind and professional. Over all it was a great experience, I was in and out.
