Been going to the Fitness Forum going on five years. Friendly staff. Very helpful. I am able to work out and unwind. Other members are respectful of each other and encouraging.
In terms of personal and group training classes they do offer personal training sessions at an additional charge per session, but there are also a wide variety of group fitness classes available to members. These group fitness classes range from cardiovascular training programs designed to prepare runners for marathons, to Zumba, Pilates, and CrossFit.
I have been using the Fitness Forum for my personal fitness needs for approximately five years and the experience has consistently been positive. There are many gyms and fitness clubs that can offer basic exercise equipment but the Fitness Forum offers a more complete experience. The locker room amenities include: showers, a hot tub, sauna, and steam room in both locker rooms. Finally the facilities include both an outdoor swimming pool and tanning rooms.
