Best fitness center around. Lots and lots of machines. Inside and outside tracks. Rail trail entrance. Heated and non heated pools. Whirlpools in the locker rooms and by the pool. Steam rooms. Saunas. Just a great place with great staff!
The therapists here are amazing. They have really helped me in my recovery from back surgery. I highly recommend this facility.

Awesome facility! It's a great place to workout with many machines & free weights. They offer a variety of fitness classes as well as childcare & lots of activities for children. The childcare & nursery staff are amazing! The entire staff is polite & professional. The facility has a swimming pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub, spa & cafe. Compared to other gyms, it's a little more expensive but worth it based on what's included in your membership. You must agree to a 1yr contract.
Whitney is amazing. I have many knots from working construction but she manages to take care of them and I feel so much better afterwards.
