If you want to wait an hour and half every time and then sit in the room for an hour this is the place for you.
This is the second pediatrician my daughter has seen. We switchef here due to a rash we could not get an answer to from her former Dr for 2 months. We go here and see Dr Keith and it's fixed within one visit with him! He listens and explains very well. He is also very good with my daughter! She LOVES him! So far he's the only Dr we've seen but we haven't been disappointed yet and don't expect to even with the very friendly and helpful staff! Love this place and its very well worth the hour drive for me!
I love going here they are very friendly make sure my kids are good and well they also make sure that ..i do understand what is going on with my kids thanks to all the people who is working there you all are the best keep up the good work..
The doctors are awesome and I'm confident that they are well-qualified to serve my children. But, be PREPARED to be disrespected by the staff, wait astronomical amounts of time (2+ hours) even with an appointment, and the facility in Florence is quite lacking in comfortability, cleanliness and atmosphere for children. If I knew more about the Florence area physicians I'd make the change today. But, for today I'm at the will of an unprofessional staff and an overbooked list of patients. Do NOT choose Eastern Carolina Pediatrics if your time is valuable or if you expect to be treated with respect and hospitality as a client. I wish I could rate this office less than 1 star. SMH
