So no I don't work here but I saw such a horrible review and was afraid to go have my watch resized. Not only was the woman there very kind, cheerful and helpful but the service was quick. Had me in and out in 5 minutes. Also the shop is very beautiful and decorated with the nicest antiques. I would definitely recommend this company.
I stopped by to get an opal ring authenticated and it's band reshaped. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming/friendly and the service was faster than I was originally told. When I returned to pick up my ring I was pleased to find they had even taken the time to clean the ring to make it shine. Would definitely recommend.
I took my ring to this Jeweler to get fixed. I actually wanted some stones replaced in my ring. I was initially told my ring would be ready the following Saturday. However, when I went to pick the ring up I was told that the ring was not ready. He went on to say "I really don't feel like doing it but I will, and to come back the next Saturday. I went back the following week and my ring was still not complete but they told me to come back the next Monday. Not once did I get a call to confirm that the ring was ready or to inform that my ring was not ready. I felt like I shouldn't have to call and come across town not knowing if my ring was ready or not. I think it's called courtesy. Again I went to this establishment on Monday and I was told again that he did not have time to repair my ring. This is a new business to the area but I would NOT recommend this business. Courtesy wasn't a key here....Just was trying to get a new business some clientele.
