Very busy so plan to stay a while but very nice and helpful
Basic cable package could be better. It was better when it was Time Warner had more channels. Travel, VH1 and a few others were free. Very expensive from what it was before. Plus they force you to get a box for each TV instead of plugging it to the wall.
Our internet constantly goes in and out. We have to reboot our modem multiple times a week and I can't talk to an actual person when I call. It is always an automated service. I just had to call an talk to said automated service. It said there was a problem with our modem, the phone made some noise and the automated voice said it was fixed. It was not. I ran a speed test and am only getting 6.05mbps of the 60mbps I am paying for. Absolutely terrible and if I had another option I would not use spectrum.
I was not a huge fan of Time Warner but as the old song goes, "You don't know what you've got 'till it's gone." Since Spectrum has become my service, about 50% of the time I try to watch something "on demand", it is "unavailable" "try later" or something to that effect. Also not unusual to not be able to get the program guide. I realized if I unplug the box to reset it, it usually starts working again, just like with twc. Why should I have to do that? Real high tech. Basically the same as before.
This place needs to be closed down.The services here are so unprofessional. Everybody needs to boycott this place.It's best to go in these convenient stores around florence,s.c and pay your bill.The bold head guy and that girl in there will make u loose your cool.We need to call on there butts.And complain about them.Because it takes more than one person like me to complain.
