They try to repossess the vehicle at every chance, charging an extra repossession fee on top of the loan . They are not above illegally repossessing the vehicle. They repossessed my vehicle for being six days late on a payment with no effort to contact me after making a verbal agreement that the payment was ok to be made two weeks late. They tamper with the vehicle when they take it. Was returned to me with a faulty battery. They are constantly tacking on hidden charges and fees . Avoid this dealer at all cost . Very shady business practices. They prey on people with bad or no credit and violate several of your rights as a consumer getting a buy here pay here loan on a vehicle.
They have lay a ways for up to 90 days on down payment
If there was a 0 thats what i would put or a neg number. Im so pissed off with these people its crazy. I went to trade in my car for something a little newer. I done the paper work it was around 5pm so the man said we have to wait until tommorow i said okay thats fine. I called his line he said he was talking the bank right then. I called 6more times to see if everything okay or if i needed to look somewhere else.. I never heard another thing from them they are a damn joke. It only pisses me off because atlest pick up the damn phone and say maam i was busy or having problems. But i guess he aint man enough to pick up a damn phone.. This place is by far a joke!!!! Dont ever go there or use this place for nothing!!! Im going to real deals. Smh. I tried to wait but its a damn joke
