Poor maintenance service. Took my mother's '10 Jetta there for one problem, and then the car had several other problems when they were finish. Now her car has problems that it didn't have before.
Made an appointment, asked to wait an hour after arriving 10 minutes early. Left without getting anything done. If you can't keep an appointment for a service call ahead. I'd have readily rescheduled.
