They are some str8 crooks.. got my car nd everything under the hood was dry rotted.. sold me a car with no radio need a tenison arm pully need a value cover new thermostat water hose man I wish like hell I didn't buy that focus.. never do business with them.. especially Ronald bethea oh and I haven't had my car a whole 30 days...
Truthfully, they are just like any other dealer. They are nice people if your respectful to them. I bought a GMC Yukon, and couldn't be happier with the car. was very well taken care of. They are people who work hard contrary to other reviews. IF you got a problem. go talk to Gary in person. He will get you straight. BUt just as any time you buy a car. Test drive it and check it out yourself. they don't do anything to fix the cars to hide problems. Thats the truth.
So far my visit was great, I got a great car for a great price. The staff nice, and Ms. Sheila, my salesperson, was very helpful, honest, and nice. My payments are higher than I expected, but the term of the agreement is short. Overall I had a good experience, but I'll let you all know in a month or two if anything changes.
Seriously the worse place to get a car from! They don't even deserve a one star! They sold the car to me with a bad tire and the car still shakes even after replacing the tire! On top of that they took longer than two months to actually get my official license plate! When I went up there they kept giving me the run around. I've had my car for only three months and already the transmission is acting up! My father has called and left multiple messages but they were not returned! I would not recommend anyone to go here for a car especially anyone who is looking for a car for college!
