Waited 2 months for an appointment. Drive over an hour to Show up at 10:15 to fill out paperwork, my child's appointment was 10:30 have been waiting to be see for over an hour it now 11:50, and then the receptionist looks at me like I'm stupid when I ask her how long it's going to be, because I have another appt back home which is over an hour away at 1:00 some people work and have no choice but to do multiple things on their days off, with a appointment like this, I am stuck here and can't get things done. The amount of money we pay for health care we should NOT have to waste our time, this is unacceptable!
Horrible service. Two months wait for an appointment which was postponed twice, once without any notification. Given the run around every time I called to schedule the follow up appointment after the MRI
Dr Alexander Clinic it's always wayyyyyyy over booked the appointments for his patients...if you have an appointment with him, expect to spend at least two to 3 hrs or sometimes more than 3 hrs to see his precious 10 min time..ridiculous. Why over booked the schedules and keep patients for more than 2 hrs. Most clinics keep their patients no more than an hour and half but this clinic it's becoming a money hunger and greed. If you're busy or over book that's not our problem as a patient but don't make us pay for it just because you want to make more money..it's hideous!!
