I was waited on by Ernestine and Shada. My workup was done by Laura, and Dr. Elizabeth Dickinson saw me. Everyone was very nice, attentive, and friendly. In addition to that I was please with the way the doctor sat and talked with me. She was very informative. My whole experience was very nice especially when I wasn't feeling well. I will come back when in need of urgent care. Just wanted to put my positive experience on record.

I love this place I'm always in and out. Those tht complain of waiting long is because they did not see the wait time sign. And also they're impatient. I've been taking my kids here for 10 years and no one has ever been rude to me!!!
Front desk staff, rude with no personality, should not be in customer service area. The music that they have on loud speakers , make you sicker than you were when you entered, Drs just ok!! Only here because o couldn’t get an quick appt anywhere else.
Staff is friendly, Doctors are amazing and even if we have to wait it's never as long as the actual ER..
