My husband and I are patients of Dr. Moore since 2006. I had hand surgery on my left wrist and his bedside manners were great. I could not tell where the scar was then nor now. I had to come in because of pain in my right thumb this time. His diagnosis was right on the button. I think Dr. Moore does a great job as a professional and as someone you can talk and depend on. I am very pleased with his service and would recommend him to anyone.
One star only because I can't go any lower as I am very disappointed in this doctor Robert Moore. As my soonest appointment was 60 days away. Once at tihs office for my 1:00 pm appointment on 10-9-17. on of his staff came out to tell myself and everyone else that his and his aid has gone to see his doctor , more time waisted . And once he did returned and got me to a room he asked 2 or 3 questions then had me to push against his hands then told me that it ( SOUNDS) like tendonitis and that I should buy some over the counter ibuprofen or Advil things that I told him that I had already done without success . Then once his aid stuck her head in thr door he said that he would be rite back. And after a bit of time past another aid came to the door and said that I was all done and that I can leave. And when I told her that I still have questions for Robert Moore instead she get him she go try to answer my question with her very own 2 cents. And the receptionist were no help at all as once asked a simple question they could only sit there with this lost in space look on their faces. Coming here has been a total waist of my time, $ 50.00 out of pocket co-pay plus he got money from my insurance company and for WHAT?? The dude didn't do me any good nor told me anything helpful that I could work with and to tell ya the down rite truth it would had beed a day well spent if I had just only stayed home putting my precious to better use cutting grass and hydrating with 16 oz. Cans of ice cold Budweiser. Now that's my doggone observation . Party Dog southbound & down and I'm gone .
