We made a verbal offer the offer was accepted by the owner, I called Charles to find out about the purchase contract, I had to leave a message, just a few minutes later I receive a text message stating the renter needed sufficient time to leave with virtually no limit, I find the way my husband and myself were treated unprofessionally. The house is still on the MLS.
