Grantham properties has been the most unprofessional, impolite, and inconsiderate real estate company that I have rented from. Grantham properties has a staff that consist of people, seemingly trained, that seems to make up 10 million excuses and give you a hard time when you report an issue with their unit. They seem to blame the tenant and everyone else for their mishap(s) before they decide to put in the work order. The company seems to be money hungry more so than courteous and helpful. Please take into consideration these reviews before renting and spending your hard-earned money on their property. Always invest wisely and save yourself the future trouble. Respect for others would make it more likely for a business to prosper because the business would always take people into consideration to benefit others as well. It seems as though the staff takes up for each other even when they are wrong; very bad character for business. They also seem to speak to you in a disrespectful, rude manner even if you are respectfully presenting an issue (a defense mechanism for having to spend more money to fix the issue). You are seeing a (1) star rating for a reason. Maybe if the company invest in a business ethics course along with professional etiquette sessions just might help. The staff is the face of the business and its an ugly one.
Rude, unprofessional staff. I rented a unit that I learned was filled with roaches. Instead of making sure they were gone before allowing me to move in they kept making excuses about the reasons I was seeing them. They gave a hard time about every work order before fixing it even knowing that it was THEIR FAULT. After moving out they tried to charge outrages amounts for renovating the unit when I left it practically new. For example, $25.00 to change a light bulb when it cost $1.00 for a box of lightbulbs. UNETHICAL and SPITEFUL. BE CAREFUL AND TAKE PICTURES!
