I worked with Jean Leatherman, and she helped my family and I find a house and sell it over a year later. When we first moved, our furniture was not arriving for several days so Mrs. Leatherman purchased lawn chairs and tables for us to use. Very very kind. I had a hard time occur at work and was forced to move abruptly and she had our home sold within 2 days. So, very thankful for Mrs. Leatherman and her team. I highly recommend them.
Amy was always a pleasure to work with and she was willing to help us any time. We made requests via email (for when our heat quit working in our rented apartment, for instance) and were always provided with a solution promptly. Amy even checked on us after Hurricane Matthew in 2016 to see if we were OK and if there was any damage that needed attention. I definitely recommend this company based off our experience.
Very poor customer service. Good luck trying to get the broker to actually respond and follow through. I dealt with Agent Tom Snyder and I just can’t in good conscience recommend him or this agency. I would encourage you to look elsewhere - you’ll be happy that you didn’t use ERA Leatherman.
Avoid Amy McCalman at all costs, I am extremely dissatisfied with her customer service. She takes days to respond to your email, but expect you to respond immediately. We did not rent a wonderful house because of her, after we found other great rental companies in Florence we were much happier taking our business elsewhere.
