Simple order of 2 cheddar bo biscuits with an egg to go. If we hadn't left and were on the highway, I would've gone back for a refund. The cheddar cheese obviously had been baked on the biscuit for too long. The cheese was hard and unchewable. Won't be going back to this one ever.
I am a BIG FAN of Bojangles to start off...Recently, me and my family have been traveling from New York to Florida - during the last few road trips, we discovered Bojangles. I rarely have fast food but discovering this chain was a game changer...chicken & biscuits are delicious! I've always associated the staff and service to be the definition of southern hospitality- however, this specific location was a serious letdown. Me and my dad exited off I-95 to stop by the nearest Bojangles, even though it was out of our way, we knew it was going to be worth it - this would be our 3rd time. The manager, Laquin had a bad attitude from the start. We wanted to try some new things including the specials, he made us feel like we were bothering him and didn't explain the special adequately. There were a total of 3 people in the place seated & eating...no one was behind on line so we weren't holding anything up. We asked if mash came with gravy...he answered, "I would hope it comes with gravy" if you're the manager wouldn't you know and simply say "yes"...then my dad asked if he could make the chicken spicy...in other places there's an option for that...he responded bluntly, "Well it's Cajun chicken, it's all spicy". Fair enough. The last straw was when he asked my dad if he wanted jelly...my dad asked what kind of jelly? And he responded and looked at us like we were incompetent, "Well, Jelly is Jelly." At this point my dad felt he had to respond to the poor service and bad attitude that was being expressed towards us. My father replied, "How would I know what jelly you have since there's a variety of jellies out there? And we never got them from here before." After sensing my dad's frustration, he finally stated what types of jellies they had and said, "Strawberry or Grape?" Overall, our appetite was spoiled and we couldn't even enjoy our meal that we traveled and paid for. Social media is so powerful these days and we hope that this review helps someone else so they don't have to deal with this poor service from this particular place. I personally will continue to patronize Bojangles because I enjoy the food but never again will I go to this particular location. I advise no one else to visit 1224 Celebration Blvd, Florence, South Carolina...if anyone reading this feels that good service is important then they should avoid this location as well.
Had the most pleasant experience that I've ever had at a bojangles! Staff was super friendly and patient. Our food was hot and delicious:)
If you are a fan of some good southern style chicken and biscuits, this is the place for you. I am a huge fan of Bojangles', however I am not biased because of this. This is by far one of the best locations in the state (trust me I have tried quite a few). The service is always friendly and fast. I am am hard to please when it comes to lavatory review, but their's are always in great shape. Clean restrooms and great food. What more could a family guy ask for.
I pulled into the drive-through expecting to grab a meal for me my wife and my father. During the day this location has exceptionally good service. That does not follow to the night I did and now I have been waiting for 35 minutes I'm continuing to wait very poor service at this location very unorganized manager needs to be fired
