Ordered takeout. Took 40 minutes to deliver. Did not deliver all we ordered. Called to complain and were told we got what we ordered, then they hung up. Soup was good but the rest of what we had was basically tasteless and tough. Would not recommend this restaurant.
Completely disgusting. we waited one hour and 10 mins for our food when the food got to our hotel it was spilled all over the bag plus the food was cold and we ordered a coke she told me she gave it to the previous delivery bye mistake so when we complained to the delivery driver she tried to convince me that's how it comes (cold) so she told us she take the food back I handed it right back to her so I decided to go hungry for the night then I receives a aggressive phone call approx an hour after from the delivery driver. So 10 mins after the phone call she bangs on my door at 11:30 wakes me and my kids up demanding money so she handed back the slops to me in a plastic bag and I just paid just to avoid arguments so me and my kids could get a sleep for the long road in the morning. I explained to her is that how u treat customers she replied with all our business is passerbys we don't care just like that tbh I have never experienced anything like it in my life Just beware and make a smart choice to avoid
The chicken was raw.. And nasty they took forever to deliver.. Never going back ..I wouldn't recommend any one to

The interior of the restaurant was disgusting. The bathroom lights did not work, the fish tank had fish swimming through mud colored water, every surface needed cleaned and there were employee's children running around the dining area. Everything is out of date and run down. They had residential refrigerators. Our customer service started with the delivery driver practically running us over in the parking lot and didn't improve from there. We stood at the counter in full view of the employees for several minutes before we were able to place our order. Then we sat for 32 minutes waiting for our food. The food was actually delicious. It was fresh, hot and very tasty. Everyone who gave this place high ratings must have had their meal delivered because our pick-up experience was awful. Do not plan to eat in.... ever.
