I called in to this location and customer service requesting a call back from the district manager and still haven't received a response. I also requested a call back from the sales associate Nefeteria who provided false information in reference to the terms and agreement for my service. I will NEVER visit this location again. They do not abide by their MOTTO!
Only had one payment left on my purchase,asked if I got something else would it go on different account guy said yes.WELL went to payoff first purchase & make payment on new item.they added everything together so now having to pay interest rate on item that only had one payment left.called customer service which lady pissed me off. I told her I was paying off the bill.lady got attitude with me then.then she said hope you will shop with badcock again.really Lady no way in hell will I step in that store again .
