When you are looking for the best in sales, service and selection High Point is the only place to find what you are looking for. I liked the fact that they didn't have exactly what I wanted but found it for me right away. I give them 5 or more stars. Do business with your hometown businesses. You will go back to High Point.
We always get out furniture from here. We have bought two mattresses two bedroom sets and a living room over the past five years and we are always really happy with the price and service. We will be visiting soon again for a new living room set!
My experience at High Point Sofa Factory was great!! Customer service was amazing! The only thing I did was give Mr. Bradley the salesman a hard time, but he assured me that this was not his first day, lol! I sat on all types of furniture in the store but I could not seem to find exactly what I was looking for and Mr. Bradley was so patient with me. Mr. Jay, the store manager assistant Mr. Bradley with helping me find what I was looking for. As the three of us scroll through the catalog I saw exactly what I wanted as Mr.Jay called out item numbers to show me different styles and Mr. Bradley typed and clicked. Mr.Jay gave me a steal of a deal I couldn't believe it. I was asked was there anything else they could help me with and I said I was looking for something else and I told them what it was and they had it, unbelievable. I purchased one item and got the other at no charge. Some of my items were delivered and set up the same day except for what I saw in the catalog it will be delivered this week. The delivery men did a great job setting up the items. I received Blessings on top of Blessings, all thanks be to My God, Mr. Bradley and Mr. Jay
