Food took forever and they didn't give us a bag for a 3 meal dinner. The kitchen was also dirty which they were cleaning but it was so dirty they should've got started on it earlier bc it wasn't busy.
I eat at this restaurant twice a month on average. It doesn't matter if I go inside or the drive thru if l order for 3 or more people they will get my order wrong at least 75% of the time. I've told the management several times but it still happens. They do offer to give me what they leave out. But I'm not driving 8 miles for a gravy biscuit.
The Manager was so absolutely beyond rude to myself and to every customer I watched!! it took them 8 minutes from the moment I walked in the door before I was ever acknowledged it took 31 minutes to get my food for it to all be wrong. I send it back and it still comes out wrong and I tried to stay calm but their food is definitely not worth the aggravation you have to go through just to be able to have something to eat never again
This is not the Hardee's of old. Hardees food, now is second to none as far as fast food burger joints are concerned.
