I ordered online through Eat24 and was texted as soon as I sent in the order that it would be over 50 minutes based on the current demands of customers. I arrived 10 minutes before the time given and waited in line for the cashier. I had to wait on the lady in front of me to go get a deposit back from her car to give the cashier change because the store was out. I asked for my order and the cashier seem confused then asked if I had ordered through Eat24. She didn't pulled my order out of the warmer on the counter after attempting to eat my dinner at home I realized my food have been in the warmer for a while because the food was cold and had a lot of condensation inside of the bag.The crab rangoons were fried so hard they were not edible. The pot slickers were the best item we had. The chicken in the spicy chicken bowl was either burnt or had too much liquid smoke flavor added, I am unsure of which. However, I was so hyped to finally eat here only to be fully disappointed I will not be back. Lastly, there was a bucket/bin that said 'TS 10/13/17' that the cooks were dipping out of. I hope the date was wrong.
Because of the convenience and it being a healthy option vs. fried fast food, I really wanted to love this restaurant. The food is okay but not delicious. The staff are friendly but often seem confused about the menu/orders(one of the 3 times we visited we were given the wrong order) Also they have been talking on the phone while serving us both times we visited. This combined with how pricey everything on the menu is makes this low on my list of lunch options.
This was alright. I can't say it's anything to write home about but it was pretty good. I'd go back again. The location is convenient, the small parking lot is shared with a gas station. Service is friendly and fast. Recommend!
Honestly I could not even stand the first and only bite. I ask my friend to try it and he actually spit it out! It smelled like Alpo. I gave it to the dogs and normally they finish anything however they eat most but left some too. I'm sorry for the bad review because they were nice and even a man inside said he eats there often. But I'll never go back. A waste of time and money. Beef bowl clearly wasn't steak. And also they Charge for white sauce. Not for extra sauce just sauce. 50 cents each little tiny cup. The total was like $13 bucks total.
Stopped in for the first time this afternoon and was blown away. The people were fantastic to talk with and the food was amazing. For the first time at any restaurant, my spicy chicken bowl was actually SPICY!!! Noodles were great and the vegetables were cooked perfectly and by that I mean not mush like some places. Took about 5 minutes for 2 chicken bowls and some really good chicken pot stickers (Love the sauce). Overall, a fantastic addition to the area and my new lunch/dinner/breakfast spot!!
