A beautifully decorated quaint tea room. Wonderful food and the owner was very friendly and personable.

I was so disappointed I was hoping to add this place to my list of places to visit when I come to SC. Needless to say I will not be returning. The scones were good! The service was horrible! Under staffed and long wait time for the Victorian Tea and scones. Waitress gave me the bill before the rest of my food came and expected payment. Customer started helping staff because they were so backed up.
Top hat teas is so amazing and their food is incredible. The service is very nice and I love the atmosphere. Their Raspberry Cream Cheese and Turkey sandwich is their best, and also try their scones!
Great teas and atmosphere... They even brewed me coffee as I don't drink tea.
