Everyone always greets you with a smile they are all very courteous and treat you with utmost respect. Wonderful team at this location. LOVE THIS PLACE
For people who aren't health conscious on the regular you'd never see a problem with getting a qtr cup of "fruit and or fruit juice" and 2 full cups of just ice. It's not very flavorful and when I said I wasn't satisfied with the smoothie I was told "I don't give refunds". Never have I been told that I cannot get my money back in a cooperate establishment. Individually nowned or not this is bad business. You are essentially paying 5 or more dollars for water.
Love the smoothie selection here. Staff always friendly and willing to help. Looking forward to trying some food next time.
They would not accept the Groupon that I had just purchased. They said it wasn't able to be used and wouldn't even look at the voucher. Even after I explained I've used them before, they wouldn't even hear me out. I just used a voucher at a different tropical smoothie cafe in Charleston with no problems at all 2 days ago. I won't be back to this location nor will I recommend. Terrible customer service.
They did not put the lid on my smoothly properly so the entire thing spilled. I also got a bowl and my rice was raw. I didn't have time to go back in because I was on lunch, but I am very dissatisfied it was a waste of my time and money.
