I would've given a lower score if I could. My family just left this place. They don't pay attention to orders. Fries were cold and had no salt. The same could be said about the burgers once they got the order right.... Got home to find the order still wasn't correct and we were given 5 diet cokes although we didn't order anything diet! Called up to get a manager named Laquanda( sorry if it's misspelled ) who only seemed to care I was keeping her from disappointing more customers I'm sure. After me explaining my horrendous experience with cold tasteless food and wilted vegetables on ALL four meals. She says the next time we're in town stop by for ONE free meal. Food and service as well as apology SUCKS!!! Don't waste your time or money on this dump!
To preface this unfortunately low rating I want to say that I frequently visit this location as it is on my way home and one of the few places still open after 10pm which is when I visit. So perhaps this is just a night crew issue.
Like most places here in Florence They over cook meat. Not as much cheese on cheesy baked potato as I am used to. Very friendly and helpful help so makes up for small downfalls
Food is great but the wait time in the drive thru keeps me from eating there often
This would have been a single star aside from the fact that the food I ended up getting was actually pretty good. Service was quite sub-par and has been nearly every time I have chosen this Wendy's location. They are also frequently out of chocolate frosty or have provided practically liquid substitutes. On the subject of menu items being unavailable, other items are often not available as well. Also, if you do come here late at night be sure to verify all of your order is correct to the point of taking the bun off your sandwiches to confirm all the ingredients are present. Bacon, tomato, cheese and condiments have all been neglected at one time or another.
Poor. Very slow. Workers didn't know where things were. I got a cold cup of coffee. No one apologized or cared.
