The staff at this location is great! I've never had a bad experience here.
Horrible. Was supposed to receive a delivery 2 days ago that I need tomorrow. For the last few days all it says is "Delivery Exception" with no further details and no severe weather whatsoever.. I can not get in touch with the center because they do not post their phone number anywhere. And when you contact the 800 number it is all outsourced overseas and they're as helpful as a bag of bricks in a sinking boat.
Never delivers on time. Last three deliveries were late. Always an excuse. Since when can't FedEx deliver in the rain. Have never gotten a scheduled Saturday delivery. Then have to wait until Tuesday for them to finally deliver the package. One star is more than they deserve!
AMAZING staff, always very helpful. Management is superb.
Had a package that said Delivered. Looked EVERYWHERE and checked with neighbors, package is NOWHERE. Was pouring down rain the day they SAY they delivered anyway. Opened a claim with this office twice for this package, Never heard back and had to keep calling and getting the run around for my package claim to be DENIED. So therefore I got NO PACKAGE and NO REFUND------> Bad Service.
