Customer service is absolutely horrible. Every time I have visited this location, it has taken at least 15 minutes for the employees to even recognize the fact that they have customers in their store. The two stars are ONLY for the pet selection. Besides the customer service, everything seems to be great.
Too expensive! Same product at other stores at much better price!
I usually take my dogs to small local groomers, but with the holidays coming up and every place being completely booked, I decided to try Petco. I was very happy with the service. My dogs look wonderful and it was priced well. My puppy had an upset stomach while there, which we were informed of when we picked her up. They were super friendly. The store is one of the smaller Petcos I've been to, but they're well-stocked and have good customer service.
I love this place and so does my pup! His favorite place to go. He loves the treat bar.
