Easy check in process. Easy backing. Loading can take 2-3 hours though...
Slow motion people , they will keep sending you back and forth between their 3 facilities in town. They gave me a door, backed in , chocked my wheels , unhooked and everything, and after an hour when I fell a sleep, this guys came to my truck, knocked my door like a crazy. He told me a load is in different facility. Went there , got loaded and came back for scanning my load and get paperwork. Scanning took almost 3 hours. What the joke place!
Attention trucks drivers if you pick up form here be rady wait for 6-7 hours
TRUCKERS please read. If there were no stars that would be the rating. Sent my driver for a pickup that was supposed to be ready at 5pm. Well it wasn't ready when he arrived. Poor info from shipper about load and kept stringing us along. Only thing that helped it was a late delivery next day so had some time if needed. Eventually getting irritated they tell my driver to drop trailer and can go get some food etc and it will be ready by 6am. He comes back to find nothing has been loaded.....its now noontime!!! NO COMMUNICATION poor service. I see why they were paying good for load. Had driver leave to another load. DO NOT GO HERE TO PU BATTERIES.
Security, Shipping and warehouse people were friendly. Put me in a door as soon as I got there and had me loaded and out of there in less than 1 hr. I guess all the people complaining here have never been to a bad warehouse. I wish they were all as fast as these guys. Super nice people too.
